HOW TO USE IT

1. With your little ones, play guessing emotions. Take the magnets and ask your little one to tell you what emotion it is. Ask him to mime the emotion.
2. With your older ones, When you feel a strong emotion coming, ask your child to identify their emotion and place it in the right place. You can also ask him to show you how he would prefer to feel. Find solutions together to move from emotion A to emotion B.
