My Little Privileges is designed to thank you for your loyalty. Accumulate points on your actions and purchases in store and online.

The points you earn entitle you to cash back equivalent to 2% of the value of your purchases before taxes.

You can redeem your points as soon as you reach a minimum of 250 points, or $5, then in increments of $5.

To access your points, create an account using the same email and cell phone number provided in store.

1. Create an account on our site by providing an email address and a mobile phone number. If you have already made purchases in store, use the same email address that you gave in store to link your points already accumulated. You can create your customer account directly on the payment page or under the 'Log in' or 'My account' tab.
2. Then, proceed with your purchase as usual. In the shopping cart and on the payment page, you will see the number of points you will accumulate with your purchase. Once your purchase is complete, you can check your account under the 'My Account' or 'Log in' tab (if you are not already logged in). There you will find your points balance and the discounts you are entitled to.

Points are earned by the gift card recipient when they redeem the gift card.

No, rewards program promo codes are non-refundable and non-reusable.

The points you accumulate on your account are offered by Grenier des petits. You can exchange them for a discount code, which will be distributed and applied to each item in your order.

The discount code is considered a gift rather than a payment method, so it is not refundable or reusable. We advise you to use it on items that you are sure not to return so as not to lose your benefit.

Example: We do not refund the equivalent of the 10% discount offered on a first order if the item is returned. Only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a reward redemption once it has been completed.

No, points cannot be transferred between accounts.
