STRUCTURE:

Our structures are carefully cut and assembled in our Canadian factory. We use the traditional mortise and tenon method, which is then glued and braced to ensure unmatched stability. Our approach involves careful selection of quality wood, combining Baltic plywood with solid wood, to create a product of exceptional strength.

MECHANISM

Premium, state-of-the-art Leggett & Platt mechanism. Provides greater opening range and weight capacity.

SITTING

We use specially designed hardened steel springs to prevent any unwanted sagging. These springs are carefully installed with Teflon coated fasteners, ensuring quiet operation without annoying squeaking. The springs are also installed in a way that creates a domed effect that ensures superior comfort.

PADDING

4.5 inch thick high density foam covered with 1 inch of molded memory foam for a total of 5.5 inches and a density of 2.7 lbs. A combination that provides unmatched comfort and durability. Our upholstery doesn't stop at the seat. We've also padded the outside of the backrest as well as the sides of the armrests for a perfect finish. Exceptionally strong product.
