HOW TO USE IT
FOR SLEEPERS
Place the magnets at the start and end time of the last nap. Record the times in the table on the right before moving the magnets again if desired.
FOR PEEES AND POOPS
Moves the magnet according to the number of soiled diapers. Enter the time if necessary.
FOR DRINKS
Moves the magnet according to the number of drinks. Record the time, duration and quantity (in ml or oz) if necessary. Indicates “A” if breastfeeding (if you are not exclusively breastfeeding).
If you wish, take a photo of the board at the end of the day to preserve the information. Erase and start again the next day!
