Moderate to severe in intensity, growing pains generally occur in children aged 3 to 12 and last a few minutes to a few hours, disrupting sleep and promoting irritability. They appear periodically, most often in the evening and at night and are generally felt in the front of the legs, in the popliteal fossa (behind the knees) and in the calves. The affected area may change from time to time and is not accompanied by any signs of inflammation.

The Gel Mini Sprout helps with rest, relaxation and provides a feeling of well-being. Promotes the return to sleep.

To relieve discomfort, apply a small amount of Gel Mini Pousse GOM.MEE on the affected area, then massage gently from the foot to the knee without going down. We then repeat as needed.
